At Expendia, we believe that your financial life is your own business. In an era where apps constantly sell details about your purchases, scrape transaction lists, and link directly to real bank details, we have chosen a different path.

1. Zero Cloud Databases

Expendia is built on a local-first architecture. This means that 100% of your account logs, virtual pots, notes, and records are stored inside your device's physical sandbox partition. We do not operate databases or cloud servers to log your inputs. What you type stays inside your phone.

2. Zero Account Sign-ups

We do not ask for your email address, phone number, Google account, or name. There are no profiles, subscription keys, or login credentials. You launch the app, and you can instantly start using it. Since we do not register who you are, it is impossible for us (or anyone else) to link your financial habits back to your identity.

3. No Bank Passwords

Expendia is a virtual financial visualizer. We never prompt you for banking credentials, OTP codes, API permissions, or screen-scraping agreements. You manually declare assets and log statement entries. There is no background connection linking the app to live financial accounts. Your accounts cannot be accessed or compromised through Expendia.

4. Absolute Portability

Because your information belongs exclusively to you, we make it simple to manage. You can export your data as an encrypted local JSON backup file at any time. You can move this backup across devices, sync it via your own private filesystems, or delete it permanently in a single click. When you delete the app, every piece of logged data is wiped instantly from your device.

5. No Ads & No Tracker Scripts

We do not include third-party marketing SDKs, social trackers, or analytics scripts. Your attention is not our commodity. We do not monetize the app through tracking or targeted advertising.
