Terms of Use
Thank you for choosing Expendia. By downloading or accessing this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Because our software does not process details on remote systems, our agreement is simple.
1. Local Application License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run Expendia on your personal devices strictly for personal, non-commercial bookkeeping. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, redistribute, or package the application under a different branding.
2. 100% User Responsibility for Data
Expendia has no central sync engine. Your financial portfolio data is stored exclusively on your device. You understand that we do not maintain backups, cloud archives, or restoration mechanisms.
- If you delete Expendia, your data is permanently deleted.
- If your device is broken, lost, or compromised, your records are irrecoverable.
- It is your sole responsibility to make local exports to secure your information.
3. No Financial Advice or Warranty
Expendia is an analysis and budgeting tool designed to assist with positive asset allocation overlays. The calculations, alerts, and distributions generated by the application:
- Do not constitute certified financial advice, investment counsel, or tax planning.
- Are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
- Should not replace certified accountants or official statements in making financial decisions.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expendia and its developers shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of money, data corruption, device failure, or inaccurate budget math) resulting from your reliance on or use of the application.
5. Changes to the Application
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the application or website at any time without prior notification.
